Welcome to Charles Digney Estate Agents and Property Consultants. The business was formed in December 2005 and continues 25 years of the Digney family offering estate agency services to Newry and the surrounding area.

Charles Digney has 25 years experience having started estate agency in 1979 based in Sugar Island. At that time the business specialised in residential sales and agricultural land sales and conacre lettings. Today we offer a full range of services to cover all aspects of residential and commercial property.

In September 2007 Charles son, also named Charles joined the firm. Charles graduated from the University of Ulster with a BSC (Hons) in Property Investment and Development before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor. Charles is a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute and previously worked for Whelan Property Consultants in Belfast.
